With incomplete or lack of complete knowledge on any product, the operation and use of the product is extremely difficult and troublesome. So, to make usage of products easy and hassle-free, ESureying softech (India) Pvt. Ltd provides free training* [Refer Terms and Conditions] on purchase of any of its products. Henceforth, all the clients of ESurveying Softech (India) Pvt. Ltd. are entitled for training.

In this training, the client/ users will be educated on the usage of the product in detail. The duration of the training is limited. Also, a lot of content is available for each product on our website, which is freely downloadable in the form of videos, presentations and manuals. This content will help understand the product in a better way.

In addition to training during purchase, we also conduct Training in Major Cities depending on Customer request.

Terms and Conditions

  1. FREE 1 day training (up to 4 Hours) will be provided, on the usage of the software for any number of users at the customer’s premises or our office at Bangalore.
  2. The entire infrastructure such as computers, projector, audio etc shall be arranged by client, if required. (Only in case there are more than 3 people undertake training).
  3. Additional training will be provided online. However, if on-site training is required outside Bangalore then, TA and DA + Rs. 2000 per day will be charged. Per day up to 6 hours training will be provided.

Important

  1. We strongly recommend utilizing our online documents or video tutorials to full extent to understand the product.
  2. Help file is made assuming that users are familiar with basic knowledge of CAD and Excel.
  3. Browse the CDROM to watch the product training videos, which show you how you can use application.
