1. Can I export the Drawing as it is without moving the drawing entities?
Yes. This is possible if the Lat Long Attribute Block is created correctly.
2. I have created KML File with measurement Units Feet – In which measurement unit the drawing will be generated?
As the default measurement is “Meters, Kilometers” the drawing has to be created with the same units, as unit conversion has not yet been incorporated in the software.
3. If my Drawing is not drawn Exactly to North is it possible to export?
No. In such cases you will have to rotate the drawing and only then it can be exported.
4. If my data is falling in Two Zones – Will the KML data imported successfully?
Yes. ESurvey KML will automatically adjust the drawing across different zones.
5. If my drawing represents entities in two different Zones can I export the data in Single Command?
Yes, this is made possible with the KML export option of the software.
7. Can I Import multiple KML Files to Same drawing?
For each KML file the program creates a different DXF file. It can then be inserted in the same file in CAD after exporting.

9. Is ESurvey KML available in Multi user version?
All 'ESurveying Softech (India) Pvt. Ltd.' Products comes with single user license only. For using it on more than one machine of same organization one has to buy additional licenses.
10. Does ESurveying Softech (India) Pvt. Ltd. customize its packages?
Generally customizations are not encouraged as the product by itself addresses most of the requirements. However in case of certain specific requirements, customization can be taken up at an additional cost. In such a case please email us at info@esurveying.net with detailed description of your requirement.
11. What is the minimum system requirement I should have for using ESurvey KML?

12. Which version of AutoCAD is ESurvey KML compatible with?
It works with all the version of AutoCAD right from Release 14
13. I wish to use the software in different machines - What should I do?
Software comes with 2 type of license a) Hardware Lock b) Soft key file.
If you have chosen hardware lock license, it is simple, for whichever machine you insert the hardware lock it will work, if the basic system requirements are met. Please note that it can be used in one machine at a time.
If you have chosen Softkey license, license is for specific computer and hence you will not be able to use it on different machine, to use it on different machine you have to buy additional license.
14. How to know about the Latest Product Releases and Updates?
Software new releases or updates are generally not frequent in nature. On an average there might be a couple of releases per year.
